Up-coming changes to regular classes:

  • Sunday classes are subject to periodic routine pauses. Please refer to the calendar as needed.

  • Sunday September 7th: class starts earlier than usual, at 9:30am

  • The Sunday class moves to Montsaye Academy (Rothwell) from September 28th onwards

  • Wednesday October 8th: an additional session launches at Kettering Swimming Pool (Corn Market Hall)

  • Monday October 27th: no class due to centre unavailability

  • Tuesday November 11th: no class due to instructor unavailability

  • Tuesday December 16th: final class of 2025, before the Christmas break. Classes resume on Monday January 5th 2026
