Self-Defence Classes
We run multiple self-defence classes every week for adults and teenagers in Kettering, Market Harborough & Desborough (Juniors only). Covering the North Northants and Leicestershire area, our classes are readily-accessible for people in Corby, Wellingborough, Leicester and Northampton.
